STILLPOINT CRANIOSACRAL & NUTRITION
Helping you feel better
in your body.

Meet Kristen Clark, MS, CNS, CDN, PTA
I'm passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies by combining evidence-based nutrition, craniosacral therapy, rehabilitation, and nervous system support into an individualized plan. Whether you're navigating a chronic health condition, recovering from illness, struggling with digestive issues, autoimmune disease, disordered eating, or simply feeling like something is "off," my goal is to help you understand what your body is telling you and create realistic, sustainable steps toward better health.
One of the things I love most about my work is bringing together seemingly separate pieces of health—nutrition, movement, stress physiology, nervous system regulation, and self-compassion—into one cohesive approach. Healing isn't about perfection; it's about understanding your body and giving it what it needs to thrive.
My background is intentionally multidisciplinary. I hold a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and completed over 1,000 hours of supervised postgraduate practice to earn the advanced credential of Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). I am licensed in Connecticut as a Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist (CDN) and have spent many years practicing as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), giving me a unique understanding of movement, rehabilitation, and the musculoskeletal system.
I also have advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute, where I serve as a Teaching Assistant and Certified Presenter, helping educate students from around the country. I facilitate a monthly study group for Craniosacral Therapists throughout Connecticut, creating a space for continued learning, mentorship, and professional connection. I have also had the privilege of serving on the treatment team for the Dolphin-Assisted Craniosacral Therapy program in the Bahamas, an experience that continues to deepen my appreciation for the body's remarkable capacity to heal.
As a functional nutrition practitioner, I enjoy looking beneath the surface. My training in physiology, biochemistry, and laboratory interpretation allows me to investigate nutritional deficiencies, metabolic imbalances, inflammation, and other root contributors to health concerns while remaining grounded in evidence-based practice. I collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, therapists, naturopaths, physician assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure clients receive coordinated, comprehensive care.
My nutrition practice is proudly weight-neutral and grounded in Intuitive Eating principles. I believe health cannot be measured by the number on a scale alone. Rather than focusing on weight loss as the goal, I help clients build sustainable habits, improve metabolic and physical health, develop a healthier relationship with food, and learn to trust their bodies again.
Above all, I believe every client deserves to be heard. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing, and every treatment plan I create is personalized to meet the unique needs, goals, and values of the individual sitting across from me.
When I'm not in the office, you'll usually find me spending time with family or my Labrador Retriever, Ivy. I also enjoy hiking, strength training, and getting engrossed in a good book.
